| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨蛹虫草在豆天蛾幼虫和蛹上的接种效果。方法]以豆天蛾幼虫和蛹为寄主，进行蛹虫草接种试验，比较不种接种方法对豆天蛾幼虫和蛹感染虫草菌种的影响及接种效果。结果]不同接种方法对豆天蛾幼虫和蛹感染虫草能力有影响。从感染虫草菌能力方面看，用浸过虫草液体菌种的洋槐叶饲喂的豆天蛾幼虫为寄主进行的接种试验的效果最好，其次为以放置在已经发满菌丝的固体培养基上并用洋槐叶饲喂的豆天蛾幼虫为寄主进行的接种试验；而豆天蛾蛹上接种的最佳方法为注射50山的液体菌种。结论]该研究为蛹虫草寻求廉价的寄主和工厂化生产提供了理论依据。
