| 摘 要： | 邢台市拥有丰富的野生酸枣资源,是酸枣仁的道地产区,产业基础良好。随着市场需求的不断增长以及食品加工业的蓬勃发展,酸枣仁的应用价值日渐凸显,产业发展迅速。本文在对酸枣种植资源、酸枣品种资源、产品加工情况、科研力量、品牌建设情况调研分析的基础上,指出邢台酸枣产业发展的机遇和存在的问题,提出了夯实产业基础、提升产业附加值、提高产业竞争力等促进邢台酸枣仁产业可持续发展的建议。

| Abstract: | Xingtai is rich in wild jujube resources. It is the real estate area of jujube seed and has a good industrial foundation. With the continuous growth of market demand and the vigorous development of the food processing industry, the application value of jujube seed has become increasingly prominent, and the industry has developed rapidly. Based on the investigation and analysis of wild jujube planting resources, wild jujube variety resources, product processing, scientific research strength, and brand building, the article points out the opportunities and problems in the development of Xingtai wild jujube industry, Suggestions were put forward to promote the sustainable development of Xingtai jujube seed industry, such as consolidating the industrial foundation, enhancing the industrial added value and enhancing the industrial competitiveness. |
