| 摘 要： | 文章回顾了农业科研院所信息化建设在基础设施建设、应用系统开发、专业队伍建设等方面取得的成效,分析了在统筹管理、资源整合、业务应用、服务学科等方面存在的问题,指出随着移动互联网、云计算、大数据、物联网等产业的快速发展,以及"互联网+"的全面整合,农业科研院所信息化建设迎来了智慧型的发展时期,并结合农业科研院所特点,提出了智慧型农业科研院所信息化建设的主要目标和"一个核心、四个平台"的总体架构,阐述了智慧型农业科研院所信息化建设的主要任务,即提升信息基础设施建设水平、统筹信息化资源整合与利用、融合院所管理与服务应用和营造农业科研信息化环境等。

Strategies of Information Construction in Intelligent Agricultural Scientific Research Institutes |

| Abstract: | Effects achieved by agricultural scientific research institutes in the aspects of infrastructure construction, development of application system, professional team construction were reviewed in the paper. Problems existing in the aspects of overall management, resource integration, business application, service for subjects were put forward. It was considered that, through analysis, information construction of agricultural scientific research institutes should greet to intelligent development epochs with rapid development of mobile internet, cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things and other industries as well as the overall integration of "Internet +". Main objectives and overall architectural idea of"one core and four platforms" of information construction of agricultural scientific research institutes were proposed with the combination of characteristics of agricultural scientific research institutes. It was elaborated that the main tasks of information construction of intelligent agricultural scientific research institutes were to promote the level of information infrastructure construction, coordinate information resource integration and utilization, integrate management and service application of institutes, build the information environment of agricultural scientific research and service mode of making innovations for agriculture. |
