| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了原位PCR技术的原理、操作步骤及注意事项，原位PCR中非特异性问题及主要技术难点，原位PCR结果对照实验的目的和设计方法，不同原位检测技术的应用比较及其在兽医分子生物技术的应用和前景。对临床兽医分子水平的研究和诊断具有一定的指导作用，是兽医分子生物技术的重要研究内容。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the relevant knowledge of in-situ PCR technology in cluding its principle,operation procedure and points for attention,uonspecific problems and main technical difficulties,the purpose of check experiment.It also mentions the application and prospect of in-situ PCR technology in veterinary melcule biotechuology.The in-situ PCR technology has a directive function in clinical veterinary and is of great importance in veterinary melecule biotechuology. |
