| 摘 要： | 对皖南三黄鸡的外貌、体型、生长发育规律、产蛋性能和蛋的质量等若干种质特性进行了初步测定和研究。结果表明：皖南三黄鸡外观呈现三黄特征（黄羽、黄肤、黄胫）、体态结构匀称;皖南三黄鸡早期生长速度较慢,生长速度高峰在6周龄前后,12周龄后公母鸡相对生长速度均显著较低;公、母鸡增重速度差异显著,40周龄成年皖南三黄鸡公、母鸡平均体重分别为1 657.8 g和1 498.5 g。公鸡5-6月龄达到性成熟,母鸡180日龄左右开产,年产蛋130-160枚,高峰期平均产蛋率为73.5%,年平均产蛋率为48.4%;平均蛋重为53 g,蛋壳黄褐色、较厚,蛋黄色泽较深;种蛋平均受精率为94.8%,受精蛋的平均孵化率为87.5%。

| Abstract: | Some germplasm characteristics of Wannan three-yellow chicken were tested.The results indicated that the appearance trait showed three yellow.Its growth rate was slower.The growth climate appeared before or after 6 weeks.The relative growth rate significantly decreased after the 12 weeks.The body weight of a cock and a hen at the age of 40 weeks were 1 657.8 g and 1 498.5 g.The age at sexual maturity of male was 5 to 6 months,that of female was 180 days.The egg-production was 130-160 eggs per year,and average weight of per egg was 53 g.The average climate and annual egg-production rates were 73.5% and 48.4%.Egg shell was brown with yellow.Fertility rate of setting eggs was 94.8%,and the hatchability rate was 87.5%. |
