福建省稻瘟病菌生理小种研究的进展

摘    要:1959年证明籼、粳稻上分离的菌株致病性不同,稻瘟病菌有生理分化现象。1973~1975年筛选出12个鉴别品种,对稻瘟病菌生理小种进行了初测。1975~1985年应用我国7个鉴别品种,鉴定了1760个有效单孢菌株,区分作7群49个小种,其中ZB群为优势小种群,ZB_(15)为优势小种。小种研究的结果,已在品种抗性丧失预测、指导品种合理布局、抗源筛选和加速抗病育种等方面开始应用。文中还对稻瘟病菌变异和小种研究方法作了讨论。

Abstract:It was proved in 1959 that the pathogenicity between isolates from indica and japonica varieties was different, i.e. the isolates of blast fungus (Pyricularia oryzae Cav.) were of physiological specialization. In 1973-1975, twelve differential varieties were selected and used in the preliminary tests of physiological races of the pathogen. During 1975-1985, 1760 monoconidial isolates identified with seven Chinese differential varieties, were divided into 7 groups with 49 races, among them Zhong B group was the prevalent group and Zhong B_(15) was the predominant race. The results of the studies on physiological race have been used to forecast the loss of resistance to blast disease, to arrange the appropriate deployment of varieties, to screen disease resistant donors to blast, and to accelerate the progress of rice breeding for disease resistance. The problem on the variation of blast fungus and the study method ofphysiological races were also discussed.
