摘    要:杂草稻是在稻田或可耕地周边生长的类似杂草并兼有野生稻和栽培稻特性的稻属植株或群体。迄今对杂草稻的发生和进化尚有很多的争论和假说,本研究通过水稻亚种间和品种间的杂交试验以及亲本与杂交后代籼粳分化分子标记的遗传分析,对杂草稻起源和进化途径进行了探讨并提出了相应的防控策略。研究结果显示:亚种间和品种间特定亲本杂交组合(7个籼/粳,4个籼/籼)的后代中均可分离出类似杂草稻的植株,其频率为籼/粳>籼/籼;籼粳交或籼籼交F2-F4代群体中产生类似杂草稻植株的频率随世代增加呈现递增趋势(F2最低为1.26%,F4最高为15.35%),这与双亲的遗传背景有密切关系,即籼、粳亚种的遗传背景差距越大,其杂交组合后代中产生杂草稻的机率越高;籼/粳交组合安山稻/9311F3代分离群体中类似杂草稻的植株以籼型为主(占52.8%);韩国粳稻品种安山稻在籼粳组合中不论作母本或父本,杂交后代都易产生类似杂草稻单株,这可能与其籼粳组分遗传异质性较高有关;粳/粳组合后代中未鉴定出类似杂草稻的植株,预示粳稻品种间杂交可能不易产生杂草稻。本研究为杂草稻的防控和利用研究提供参考依据。

Abstract:Weedy rice refers to all the unwanted plants or populations of Oryza species growing in paddy fields and/or around,which shares characteristics of both wild and cultivated rice.Yet there are lots of debate and hypothesis about the origins and evolution of the weedy rice so far.This study was to demonstrate the way that the weedy rice occurs and the characteristics of weedy rice through hybridizations of inter-subspecies and inter-varieties as well as genetic analysis of molecular markers based on indica and japonica differentiation of parents and hybrid progenies.The results of this study showed that the weedy rice like plants could be segregated from the progenies of inter-subspecific and inter-varietal hybridizations(seven indica/japonica and four indica/indica combinations).Moreover,the study showed that the frequency of the occurrence of weedy rice like derived from indica/japonica hybridizations was greater than that of indica/indica hybridizations.Meanwhile,the occurring frequency of the plants,with weedy rice like characteristics,among F2-F4 population tended to increase with the aggrandizement of generation in indica-japonica inter-subspecific hybridizations or in indica inter-varietal hybridizations,the lowest was 1.26% in F2,and the highest was up to 15.35% in F4.Both inter-subspecific and inter-varietal hybridization leaded to the occurrence of weedy rice,which might be very closely related to the genetic background of the parents.The bigger the genetic distance between indica and japonica subspecies was,the higher the occurrence frequency of the weedy rice among the hybridization progenies was.Additionally,the weedy rice like plants,segregated from the progeny(F3) of indica/japonica combination(such as Ansanbyeo/9311) were mainly indica plants(52.8%).Whenever indica rice crossed Ansanbyeo,a japonica varieties from South Korea,as paternal or maternal parents,the weedy rice like plants was easy to be emergence among the hybrid progenies,which might be related to higher genetic heterogeneity on its indica and japonica components.In this study,the weedy rice like plant was not found among japonica/japonica derived progenies,implying that the weedy rice might not be easy to occur from japonica hybridizations among japonica varieties.This paper revealed the origin and evolution of the weedy rice as well as proposed the strategies for prevention and control of weedy rice.
