| 摘 要： | 对茎瘤芥黑斑病进行分离鉴定,以明确其分类地位。通过致病性测定、形态学观察及PCR鉴定,试验结果表明,茎瘤芥黑斑病的病原菌为半知菌亚门链格孢属芸薹链格孢Alternaria brassicae。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we isolated and identified the pathogen causing black spot disease on Brassica juncea var.tumida Tsen et Lee by pathogenicity determination,morphology observation and PCR identification,in order to determine its taxonomic status.The results showed that the pathogen causing the black spot disease on B.juncea var.tumida Tsen et Lee was Alternaria brassicae. |
