| 摘 要： | 以生长2、3、4、5、7年紫花苜蓿为试验对象,对紫花苜蓿钾的吸收、积累及其分配规律进行了研究。结果表明,紫花苜蓿全株钾含量随生育期的推移先降后升,随生长年限的增加而降低;紫花苜蓿各器官的钾含量总体上表现为生殖器官茎叶,叶中钾含量随生育期的变化先降后升,茎中钾含量则持续降低;不同生长年限紫花苜蓿植株体内钾积累速率的峰值均出现在现蕾期～开花期,成熟期植株体内钾的积累量总体上随生长年限的增加而降低;随着生育期的推移,叶中钾的分配比例不断下降,生殖器官中钾的分配比例持续上升,茎中钾的分配比例呈波动变化,成熟期茎、叶、生殖器官钾的积累量比例接近6∶1∶3。
