| 摘 要： | 根据速生桉树短周期工业原料林特点和我省情况,提出"有性育种、无性造林",集约经营,以轮作代替混交,引进"农业森林"概念,既用地又养地等技术思考,并提出缩短采伐限额的编制年限,采伐指标单列,逐步改革育林基金的收支方式,采用"林分改造"、"补充主伐"解决工业原料林建设用地等问题。

Thinking of Some Technology and Policy Problems of Fast-Growing Eucalypt Industrial Raw Material Forests |

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of fast growing eucalypt short term industrial raw material forests and present situation of the above forests in our province,the concepts of "sexual breeding,asexual planting",intensive management and introducing"agricultural forests"with replacing mixture with rotate as well as technical thinking of using the soil together with increasing soil fertility,etc.were raised,at the same time,the policy thinking of shortening fixed number of years authorized for felling quota,listing felling indexes alone,reforming the revenue and expenditure form of fund for culturing forests step by step and adopting "stand improvement"and "supplemental final felling"to solve the land used for industrial raw material forest construction,etc.were put forward. |
