微生态调节剂对猪粪堆肥过程中微生物生理群的影响

摘    要:利用微生物的可培养方法研究了猪粪堆肥过程中添加堆肥微生态调节剂和不添加堆肥微生态调节剂(自然堆肥) 微生物生理群的变化情况,研究发现接种ZZMZ堆肥微生态调节剂可以使好气性纤维素分解细菌数量提高22.52%,氨化细菌数量提高14.95%,氨氧化细菌数量提高15.87%,亚硝酸氧化细菌数量提高38.46%,嫌气性纤维素分解细菌数量降低30.56%,反硝化细菌数量降低39.92%。

Abstract:The microbial physiological group diversity in inoculated and control pig manure composting was studied by cultivation a method. Compared to control composting, the number of aerobic cellulose de-composting bacteria、ammoniation bacteria、ammonium oxidizing bacteria and nitrate bacteria were increased 22.52%、14.95%、15.87% and 38.46% respectively, and that anaerobic cellulose de-composting bacteria and anti-nitrify bacteria were decreased 30.56% and 39.92%
