摘    要:剑毛帕厉螨(Stratiolaelaps scimitus)是一种生活于地表的捕食性螨类,近年来在欧美国家被商业化生产用于防治食用菌及温室害虫,但在我国尚未有相关研究.为了掌握其基本生物学,研究温度、湿度对其生长发育的影响.在100%RH条件下设置16℃、20℃、24℃、28℃、30℃和32℃ 6个温度梯度,以及在25℃条件下,设置92%、96%和100%RH 3个湿度梯度,分别测试剑毛帕厉螨的存活率、发育历期,并采用直接最优法计算发育起点温度和有效积温.结果表明,剑毛帕厉螨生长发育的最适温度为24~28℃,最适相对湿度为100%;雌雄螨的发育起点温度分别为11.59℃和11.75℃,有效积温分别为211.88℃和137.08℃.据测算,在25℃、100%RH条件下,剑毛帕厉螨1 a可繁殖23代.

Abstract:As an importlt predatory mite,Stratiolaelaps scimitus has been commercially produced and applied for control of mushroom and greenhouse pests in Europe and the United States,but little is known in China.To have a better understanding of its basic biology,experiments were conducted on the effect of temperature and relative humidity on the biological characteristics of this mite.The survival rates and development durations of S.scimitus were investigated at different temperatures and relative humidity.The optimum seeking method was adopted to calculate the threshold temperature and effective accumulative temperature.The results showed that the optimum temperature was 24~28℃ and the optimum relative humidity was 100% for development of the mite.For female and male,the temperature thresholds for development were 11.59 ℃ and 11.75 ℃,respectively,whereas their effective accumulative temperatures were 211.88°D.and 137.08°D.,respectively.It was forecasted that S.scimitus could reproduce 23 generations in one year at 25℃,100% RH.
