| 摘 要： | 在《Excel—2003（电子表格）在高校阅览室管理中的应用》一文中的＂阅览室读者量及书刊使用量月统计分析报表＂和＂各阅览室读者阅览情况年统计分析报表＂的基础上,新建＂阅览室读者量及书刊使用量各月统计表＂。该表对每个阅览室的阅览情况进行统计后,自动生成全年中各月统计分析数据,同时产生每个月的＂阅览室读者量及书刊使用量月统计分析报表＂和年统计分析数据而生成＂各阅览室读者阅览情况年统计分析报表＂。并对表格的具体制作方法、技巧和要求做介绍。

| Abstract: | In the Excel-2003（spreadsheet） in university reading room management application ＂penny of ＇reading-room readership books and periodicals usage statistics analysis report on＂ and ＂the reading-room readers entrances in statistical analysis reports＇ situation,on the basis of new＇ reading-room readership books and periodicals usage statistics＇ to each reading room r reading statistical year after,automatically generating r in statistical analysis the data to create each month of the readers＇ reading books on the quantity and the usage of statistical analysis reports＇ and statistical analysis data generated in the reading-room readers＇ reading situation in statistical analysis report＂.And to form the concrete production methods,skills,and required to do is introduced. |
