基于多元化的高校图书馆人力资源分析

摘    要:科学的人力资源管理对提高整体管理水平、促进目标任务的实现及提升核心竞争力意义重大。当前高校图书馆人力资源结构正在由单一型向多元化转变,结合现有的人力资源现状和不同的人力资源群体的特点,通过多种方式、多种渠道开展适合其特点的人力资源管理,充分发挥当前高校图书馆现有人力资源的最大潜能,是新形势下高校图书馆在人力资源管理中必须考虑和应对的实际问题。结合工作体验就当前高校图书馆人力资源多元化趋势下的管理工作提出了自己的看法。

Abstract:Scientific and rational management of human resources will be important to improve the overall management level and promote the realization of goals in the university library.Currently,University Library Human Resources structure is diversified from a single type to types.Seeing from existing human resources situation and the different characteristics of the human resources community,how to play full potential role of library existing human resources through a variety of ways and channels to launch appropriate to their unique human resources management under current period is a new problem for university Library.This paper will provide a little shallow view around this problem according to work experiences on this aspect.Hope to get experts' good proposals.
