| 摘 要： | 本文采用即以乙腈+水(50+50)为流动相,用CN柱和紫外检测器分离测定敌百虫原药及40%敌·毒乳油中敌百虫反相高效液相色谱法。结果表明,本方法的标准偏差为0.3233,变异系数为0.3551%,平均回收率为99.65%,线性相关系数为0.9997。

| Abstract: | It is introduced that the quantitative analysis of trichlorfon by reverse phase HPLC, using acetonitrile and water(50:50) as mobile phase,using CN column and ultraviolet detector. The results showed that the standard deviation for trichlorfon was 0.323 3, the variation coefficient was 0.355 1%, the average recovery was 99.65%, liner correlation was 0.999 7. |
