| 摘 要： | 在理解农户土地利用决策机制的基础上，利用329份农户问卷调查数据，采用Tobit模型探讨了农户层次的土地用途变更的影响因素。调查数据主要来自常熟市、如东县和铜山县，分别代表江苏省南部、中部和北部地区。研究表明，农户层次的土地用途变更受到多种因素的影响，包括土地市场参与、劳动力市场参与、区位条件、农户土地资源禀赋等；土地市场的参与导致了更多的土地用途变更；不同类型的劳动力转移对于农业土地用途变更有不同影响；而非农收入的提高则会提高农户土地用途变更比重；农户层次的土地用途变更还具有明显的区域差异。 |
