| Abstract: | The nucleic acid vaccine is one of the forward position fields of the biology science researches. It has more virtues than the traditional vaccines. This review summarized the research development of the nucleic acid immunization, traits,immunization mechanism,methods,the main factors of influence immune effect, safety problem and the prospect of the nucleic acid vaccine. |
