摘    要:离子电流燃烧诊断是采用火花塞作为传感器,利用加在火花塞正、负极之间的电压,使燃烧过程中生成的离子和自由电子定向流动,形成离子电流,通过这个电流的强弱来检测燃烧状况,实现对燃烧状态的实时监控。采用单片机进行离子电流燃烧诊断控制,可以根据试验需要调整预混燃烧压力、设置点火时间、控制数据采集。文章介绍了离子电流燃烧诊断控制器的硬件结构和工作原理,并作了抗干扰分析。

Abstract:Diagnosis of combustion of ion current is used a spark plug as sensor. The voltage between two spark plugs makes ions and free electrons flow, forming an ion current, we can make real-time monitoring of the state of combustion by the strength of the ion current. We can adjust premixed combustion pressures, set the ignition time and control data acquisition properly by using ion current combustion diagnosis control based on SCM.
