Abstract:In order to clarify the physiological response patterns and differences of the main plants in alpine swamp meadow to warming,we used Kobresia humili,Kobresia tibetica,and Carex moorcroftii in the alpine swamp meadow in Fenghuoshan area as the research objects in the study.The physiological responses of three plants under different warming treatments (T1:warming 1.5~2.5℃;T2:warming 3~5℃) were analyzed by using the method combined principal component analysis and subordinate function value.The adaptability of the three plants to warming was evaluated from the perspective of plant physiology.The results showed that:with increasing temperature,the content of soluble proteins,carotenoids and proline of the three plants was consistent.Compared with the other two plants,the physiological changes of Kobresia tibetica showed a certain degree of lag.Combined with subordinate function value,the comments of the adaptability of the three plants to warming was changed as Carex moorcroftii > Kobresia humili > Kobresia tibetica.In conclusion,warming had a series of effects on photosynthetic pigments,osmoregulation substances,the content of malondialdehyde and antioxidant enzyme activities of the three plants.At the same time,according to the three plants'warming adaptability ranking at the physiological response level,Carex moorcroftii shows stronger adaptability in the process of simulating warming.
