Abstract:To study the effects of cellulase,Quinoa bran,and wheat bran on silage fermentation quality of Chenopodium formosanum Koidz.,there were CK (without additives) and three treatments including addition cellulose(A1,0.5 g·kg-1based on fresh weight),cellulase and 5% Quinoa bran(A2),cellulase and 5% wheat bran(A3) in this experiment. After ensiled for 60 days,the silage qualities were evaluated. The results showed that:the CK was lower than the other treatments in sensory scores;the addition with quinoa bran and wheat bran significantly (P<0.05) increased the contents of crude protein (CP),relative feed value (RFV) and roughage grading index (GI),and significantly (P<0.05) decreased the contents of crude ash (Ash),neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF). Compared with the CK group,treated groups significantly (P<0.05) reduced the pH values. According to the Fleigh scoring method,silage qualities of CK and A1were good while those of A2 and A3 were excellent. Through comprehensive analysis by the membership function method,A3 treatment improved the silage quality of C. formosanum Koidz. and performed best. The abovementioned results could provide a scientific basis for optimal utilization of quinoa resources.
