攀西西南山茶扦插试验

摘    要:通过不同浓度的吲哚丁酸、奈乙酸溶液处理西南山茶插穗,配合其他措施进行盆钵扦插试验,结果表明:西南山茶插穗在50mg/L吲哚丁酸、奈乙酸溶液中浸泡3h进行扦插,其生根率可分别高达94%、88%;相同处理条件下,采自半阴湿及阴湿环境母株的插穗生根率明显高于干旱、向阳环境的母株插条;1~2年生插穗比多年生插穗的生根率也明显要高。

Abstract:Treating cuttings of Camellia pitardii with IBA,NAA of different concentration,combining other measures in pots,the result showed that the root-taking rates of cuttings of Camellia pitardii,which had been soaked for 3h in IBA,NAA solutions respectively,with the densities of 50mg/L,reached 94%,88%correspondingly.Under the Identical treatment condition,the rooting rate of cuttings in the dark and damp or partly dark and damp environment is higher than the cuttings in the arid environment;1-2 years grow cuttings rooting rate is higher than other cuttings.
