摘    要:研究了在不同温度条件下白皮锦鸡儿、镰叶锦鸡儿的种子萌发特点及在最适变温条件(30/15C)下,不同浓度的NaCl溶液处理后的镰叶锦鸡儿的种子萌发及恢复萌发特点。结果表明:两种锦鸡儿种子萌发的最适变温均为30/15℃。浓度低于0.3mol/L的NaCl溶液对镰叶锦鸡儿种子萌发的影响不大,萌发率变化的趋势表现为随NaCl浓度增高而降低。将在盐溶液中不萌发的镰叶锦鸡儿种子转移至蒸馏水后,种子仍具有一定的萌发能力,恢复萌发率表现为随盐溶液浓度增加而降低的趋势。镰叶锦鸡儿种子萌发及幼苗出苗特点为快速而集中,而白皮锦鸡儿为缓慢而稳定。

Abstract:This paper investigated the characteristics of seed germination of Caragana leucophloea Pojark.and C.aurantiaca Koehne.under different temperature conditions as well as the seed germination and re - germination of C.aurantiaca Koehne.handled by different NaCl solution concentration under the optimal temperature(30/15℃).The results indicated that the optimal temperature of seeds germination for both species is 30/15℃.Germination rate of C.aurantiaca Koehne seeds decreased with the increase of salinity.After the seeds which did not germinate in salt solution were transferred to distilled water for 7days,they still have a certain germination ability,their re - germination rate is decreased with the increase of salt solution concentration, the seeds in the higher concentration salt solution has the lower re - germination than the seeds in lower concentration salt solution.The seed germination and seedling emergence of C.aurantiaca Koehne.is featured with rapid and concentration.But the seed germination and seedling emergence of C.leucophloea Pojark.show a slow and steady process.
