| 摘 要： | 以5份西南野生马蹄金Dichondra repens(SD09、SD10、YD03、GD03、SD11)为材料,用美国LI-6400便携式光合测定系统测定其光合日变化,比较5份西南野生马蹄金材料光合特性差异。试验结果显示:1)在自然光照条件下,5份材料的净光合速率(Pn)日变化均呈双峰型,高峰和次峰分别出现在12:00和16:00,有典型的"午休"现象。2)5份材料的单位面积蒸腾速率(Tr)和有效水分利用率(WUE)日平均值均存在差异,其中,SD10 Tr日平均值远高于其他材料,属于强蒸腾材料;SD11的WUE最高,该材料能在吸收等量水分的情况下,比其他材料生产出更多的生物量。5份野生马蹄金材料对光适应性不同,其中GD03的光饱和点(LSP)和光补偿点(LCP)分别为1 051和28.2μmol/(m2.s),为高LSP、低LCP植物,既具备优越的耐荫能力,又能适应较强的阳光辐射,且其坪用特性优异,可作为优良草坪草种质资源进一步研究。
