小麦灌浆期光合产物运转的示踪动力学研究

摘    要:应用活体测量技术和示踪动力学原理,建立了双增剂对小麦灌浆期光合产物输配影响的调节模型,并实测了双增剂处理的剑叶光合产物输出系数K_L和输导系统光合产物运转系数K_s分别为0.06和0.24,高于对照20.00%和71.42%;36h内穗光合产物积累率为70.89%,高于对照9.11%;光合产物从叶输到穗所经历的时间比对照提前1h。结果表明,双增剂加快了光合产物向籽粒运输的总速率和加强了光合产物向籽粒方向的分配。

Abstract:The basic method and general program of the analysis of tracer kinetics on transference of_(14)C-photosynthate in filling wheat were described. The matheniatical models of effect MGRS(mixed growth-regulating substance raising grain number and weight)on transportation of_(14) C-photosynthate in labelledleaf, stem and sheath and grain were established.The value of K_L (the coefficient of exporting of labelledphotosynthate in wheat leaf)was 0.06.The value of K_s(the coefficient of exporting of labelled photosynthateof stem and sheath) was 0.24.The rate of the photosythate accumulation in the grain was 70.89%.Theywere 20. 00%,71.42%and 9. 11%higher than CK's respectively. The time spared by_(14)C-photosynthatewhich had been transported from labelled leaf to grain was a hour fewer than CK's.The results indicatedthat:MGRS could increase the velocity of_(14) C-photosynthate transportation from the labelled leaf to grain.
