| 摘 要： | 烟草(Nicotiana tabacum L.)品种资源作为中国烟草业发展的重要战略物质在当前的烟草理论研究与实际生产中发挥了越来越大的作用.一方面利用这些资源培育出了许多在生产中发挥了重要作用的烤烟和白肋烟品种,有力地促进了烟草生产的持续健康发展；另一方面从众多品种资源中筛选出一些优异的抗病资源,并对其进行了综合评价,推荐给育种家使用以培育优良的抗病品种.同时,充分利用烟草品种资源,采用现代分子生物学技术进行了种质创新与基础性研究,拓宽了烟草的遗传背景,探索了重要农艺性状的遗传机理.

| Abstract: | Tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum L.)germplasm resources,as an important strategic resource for tobacco development in China,are playing more and more important role in current theoretical research and practical tobacco production.On one hand,many flue-cured and burley tobacco cultivars bred by using tobacco germplasm resources are making great contribution to tobacco production.It greatly promotes the continuous and healthy development of tobacco production.On the other hand,some outstanding disease-resistant materials have been selected from a lot of tobacco germplasm resources for breeder use.Meanwhile,germplasm resources innovation and basic research by using modern biological technology can widen the genetic background of tobacco and discover the genetic mechanism controlling agronomic traits of tobacco. |
