| Abstract: | A new theoretical model considering the environment system as a whole was proposed from the aspect of information.The complicated essence of environmental system and its evolutionary characteristics was revealed.Then the environmental development in five cities of Shandong province(such as Jinan) was analyzed with the new model. |
