超声波法提取黄皮叶中黄酮工艺的优化

摘    要:使用超声波法提取黄皮(Clausena lansium)叶中的黄酮,并用单因素试验和正交设计优化提取工艺.结果显示与浸提法相比,超声波法能提高黄酮的提取率、缩短处理时间.橄榄黄皮叶中黄酮的提取率高于鸡心黄皮和黑皮黄皮.优化的黄皮叶黄酮提取条件为乙醇体积分数80%、提取温度40℃、超声处理时间40 min、料液比1∶60(m∶V,g/mL),此条件下黄皮叶中黄酮提取率为3.62%.

Abstract:Ultrasonic-assisted method was adopted to extract flavonoid from leaf of Clausena lansium,and the extraction craft was optimized by single tests and orthogonal design.The results showed that compared with traditional lixiviation method,the yield of ultrasonic-assisted method was higher while the extraction time was much shorter.The C.lansium cultivar with olive leaf had the highest flavonoid yield among the three tested cultivars.According to orthogonal design,the optimum extraction condition of flavonoid from the leaf of C.lansium was as follows,volume fraction of ethanol,80%;Extraction temperature,40 ℃;Ultrasonic treatment time,40 min;Solid to liquid ratio,1∶60(m∶V,g/mL);And the yield of flavonoid was 3.62% under this condition.
