蛇床子提取液的杀虫活性研究

摘    要:用丙酮、石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯4种有机溶剂提取蛇床子中的活性成分,进行提取液杀虫活性的研究.结果表明,4种溶剂提取液均有杀虫效果.菜青虫幼虫浸入浓度为500 g/L的丙酮、乙酸乙酯、氯仿、石油醚提取液处理后,24 h其校正死亡率分别为95%、90%、60%、55%;丙酮提取液杀虫效果较好,随浓度增大提取液杀虫效果增强.

Abstract:Four kinds of organic solvent(acetone,petroleum ether,chloroform and ethylacetate) were selected to distill the active material from common cnidium fruit in order to test their insecticidal activity.The experimental results showed that all the four organic solvent had insecticidal effects.Treated for 24 h at the concentrate of 500 g/L,acetone extracts wsa the most efficient,followed by ethylacetate,chloroform,petroleum of which the mortality of cabbage caterpillar were about 95%,90%,60% and 55% respectively.With the increase of the concentration of acetone extracts,the insecticidal activity increased.
