| 摘 要： | 就业能力是劳动者实现和保持就业的能力.影响女性农民工就业能力的因素是复杂的,包括个体特征因素、个体周边环境因素及外部环境因素等.提升女性农民工的就业能力,要针对女性农民工的特点,从政府、企业和个体等层面寻求突破口.

| Abstract: | Employability is the ability to achieve and maintain employment of workers.The influence factors of female migrant workers’ employability are complex,including individual characteristics factors,individual surrounding environment factors and exterior environmental factors.To enhance the employability of female migrant workers,the solutions should be found out from the government,enterprise and individual level in accordance with the characteristics of female migrant workers. |
