人工饲料对柑橘大实蝇成虫寿命和繁殖特性的影响

摘    要:为了明确柑橘大实蝇 Bactrocera minax (Enderlein)]成虫人工饲养的最适配方,室内条件下测定了蜂蜜水、糖醋液、啤酒酵母蔗糖水以及蛋白胨蔗糖水等4种人工饲料对柑橘大实蝇成虫寿命、交配次数及产卵量的影响.结果表明,4种人工饲料均能满足柑橘大实蝇成虫存活和繁殖的营养需求.以4种人工饲料饲喂的成虫可存活23~45 d,期间交配3~5次,且4种配方间没有显著差异;研究还显示,以蛋白胨蔗糖水喂食的成虫单雌产卵量最高,约为20粒,与其他3种配方间具有明显差异.研究结果可为柑橘大实蝇基础生物学特性和可持续治理技术提供参考.

Abstract:In order to define a suitable artificial diet for Bactrocera minax(Enderlein),the effects of honey water,liquid sweet and sour mix,beer yeast sucrose water and peptone sucrose water on longevity,mating and fecundity of B.minax adult were evaluated under laboratory conditions.The results showed that all of the four kinds of artificial diets could enable B.minax to complete their living history and lay eggs.Adults that fed on the four kinds of artificial diets could survival 23~45 d and mate 3~5 times during this period.There were no significant differences among the four kinds of artificial diets when the longevity and mating frequency of the adults were compared.However,the numbers of eggs laid by female adults reared on the peptone sucrose water(about 20 eggs/female) was much higher than those of adults reared on the other three kinds of artificial diets.The results are inportant for studying the basic biological characteristics of B.minax and its sustainable management.
