| Abstract: | In the low frequency range, the relation between fruit dielectric property and freshness or internal damage of fruit, and between gain dielectric property and the grain size or moisture content were elaborated. Essential idea, parameters, inspection method of dielectric properties and its application in the determination and analysis of quality of fruit and com were introduced in the paper. |
