种子丸衣化技术在紫花苜蓿上应用效果研究

摘    要:对三种不同处理的紫花苜蓿进行栽培试验研究,在田间调查了幼苗高度、密度、鲜草产量、根瘤菌接种数.试验表明,出苗30天后,丸衣化处理的生长高度为22.3cm,极显著地(P<0.01)高于未丸衣化的两个处理.在出苗密度上,播量为5.25kg/ hm^2丸衣化处理的苜蓿与播量为7.5kg/hm^2未丸衣化的两个处理的苜蓿基本相当.在鲜草产量上,丸衣化处理(251.5g/ m^2)低于未丸衣化但亩施复合肥10kg的处理(310g/m^2),但高于未丸衣化亩施消毒鸡粪10kg的处理(158 g/m^2).丸衣化处理后根瘤菌接种率(50.00%)是未丸衣化处理根瘤菌接种率(19.23%)的2.5倍.

Abstract:The experiment of three kinds of different treatment of alfalfa were studied, the growth high, seed-ling density, fresh grass yield, the rate of inoculated nodule bacteria of alfalfa on field were investigated. Results showed that After emerged 30 days, the growth high of coated seed treatment is 22.3cm,very significance (P〈 0.01) taller the growth high of the others two treatment. On alfalfa seedling density, treated by coated seed and sown 5.25kg seed par hm^2 is similar to the others two treatment with sowed 7.5kg/ha. On fresh grass yield, the treatment of the coated seed (251.5g/m^2) is lower than the treatment of no coated seed and applied 150kg com-pound fertilizer per ha (310g/m^2), hut, it is higher than the treatment of no coated seed and applied 150kg steri-lized chicken dung per hm^2. The rate of inoculated nodule bacteria of treatment by coated seed (50% ) is about 2.5 times of the rate of inoculated nodule bacteria of no treatment by coated seed (19.23%).
