| 摘 要： | 指出了北京市老龄化程度和社区养老趋势持续上升。在此背景下,以景观设计中的情感需求为研究对象,选择北京市东城区的八所社区公园中的老年人活动进行了深入调研,分析了其性格特征及情感需求,研究了满足不同情感需求老年人的景观空间特征,并建立了一套可推广的社区公园初建设评价体系。在此基础上,提出了“复建设”这一概念,以老年人、政府管理机构、基层管理者、景观设计师多方合作的方式,进行社区公园“多元复建设体系”的实践。

| Abstract: | The extent of aging development and trend of community nursing service have been increasing.Taking the emotional needs in landscape design as the research object,the paper analyzes the elderly activities in eight community parks in Dongcheng District,Beijing.Emotional needs and characteristics of the elderly are analyzed to study the features of landscape space that meet the emotional need of the elderly with different characters.A promotable evaluation model for community part primary construction is established.Moreover,this paper raises the definition of“reconstruction”,in order to practice in community park“multi-reconstruction system”with collaboration among the elderly,government agencies,first-line administrative staff and landscape designers. |
