| 摘 要： | 望谟县是贵州省十四个深度贫困县之一,林业生态建设对于助推脱贫攻坚有着极其重要的作用。通过对望谟县林业工作的各个方面的整理、归纳,并将今后一段时期的各项林业工作归纳为林业扶贫、驻村帮扶、建管服务工作等三个方面纳入助推脱贫攻坚的框架,加大对贫困镇村、贫困人口的支持力度,推动贫困镇村扶贫开发与生态保护相协调、脱贫致富与可持续发展相促进,使贫困人口从生态保护与修复中得到实惠,实现脱贫攻坚与生态建设“双赢”局面。

| Abstract: | Wangmo County is one of the fourteen deep poverty-stricken counties in Guizhou.Forestry ecological construction is of utmost importance to get ride of poverty.In this article,all aspects of forestry work in Wangmo County are sorted out and summed up.The forestry work in a certain period of the future is concluded into three major aspects,which are Poverty Alleviation by Forestry,Assistance by Staying in Village,Construction and Management of Service Work,and incorporated into the framework of poverty alleviation to enhance the support for poor towns,villages and people,promote the coordination of poverty alleviation development with ecological conversation in poor towns and villages,drive poverty alleviation and sustainable development to complement each other,make poor people benefit from ecological protection and restoration,and achieve the win-win situation about common establishment of poverty alleviation and ecological construction. |
