摘    要:指出了固体进样-连续光源是原子吸收光谱仪发展的前沿研究。对比研究了电加热板消解法-传统原子吸收光谱法和固体进样-连续光源原子吸收光谱法测定土壤样品中镉的含量。结果表明:传统原子吸收方法要求消解土壤,制备成溶液,使用空心阴极灯作为锐线光源测定土壤中的镉含量;固体进样-连续光源法,不需要消解土壤样品,直接测定,仪器操作简单、最大化地缩短了检测时间、保障了实验人员安全、避免样品受污染及减小误差的引入。测定结果准确可信。

Abstract:Direct solid sampling—and continuum source is an important research on the development of atomic absorption spectrometry in future.This article is a contrast test about the traditional method of AAS with electro—heating plate method and direct solid sampling and continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry to determination cadmium in soil.The traditional method of AAS to determination heavy metals in soil require soil must be digestion and prepared into solution.But direct solid sampling and continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry without digestion of soil sample greatly shortened the time of determination heavy metal in soil.The solid sampling—continuum source method does not require digestion of soil samples and can be directly measured.The operation of the instrument is simple;the detection time is maximized;the safety of laboratory personnel is prevented;the sample is prevented from being contaminated and the introduction of errors is reduced.The measurement results are accurate and reliable.
