| 摘 要： | 指出了风电工程施工过程中由于土方开挖、临时堆土、土方回填以及基础施工等土建活动易产生较大水土流失,如不采取有效的防治措施,将会增加沟道水流含沙量、淤积沟道及下游水塘、水库,影响当地居民生产及生活,同时山脊部位水土流失还会导致土壤贫瘠、植被退化,对地表植被及周边环境造成一定影响和危害。提出了对于不稳定边坡和土体,以及水土流失比较严重的区域,采用工程措施进行防治;对松散裸露土地及临时堆土,采用临时拦挡及遮盖等措施进行临时防护;土建施工基本结束后对可恢复植被区域采取植物措施恢复地表植被等措施。通过永久措施与临时措施相结合,工程措施、植物措施与临时措施相结合,主体设计措施与本方案新增措施相结合,形成科学合理、完整统一的水土流失综合防治体系。以供参考。

| Abstract: | In the process of wind power engineering construction,due to earthwork excavation,temporary pile soil,earth backfill and foundation construction and other civil activities,it is easy to produce large soil and water loss.If no effective prevention and control measures are taken,sediment concentration in gully flow,siltation of gully and downstream reservoirs and reservoirs will be increased,which will affect the production and life of local residents.Meanwhile,soil erosion in ridge will also lead to soil barren and vegetation degradation,which will cause certain im-pacts and harms to surface vegetation and the surrounding environment.For unstable slope and soil,as well as re-gions with serious soil and water loss,engineering measures should be adopted for prevention and control.For loose and bare land and temporary pile soil,temporary blocking and covering measures are adopted to carry out temporary protection;After the completion of civil engineering construction,plant measures should be taken to restore the sur-face vegetation.Through the combination of permanent measures and temporary measures,engineering measures,plant measures and temporary measures,and the combination of the main design measures and the new measures in this plan,a scientific,reasonable and integrated control system of soil and water loss will be formed. |
