摘    要:基因治疗和基因免疫技术已成为解决生物学领域问题的重要手段之一,多种治疗因子的设计、研发和应用,促进了更多高效转移载体的发展.腺病毒载体由于宿主范围广泛和对人体的低致病性、病毒颗粒比较稳定、基因组较少发生重排等优点,已经成为最常用的病毒载体之一.但由于细胞的靶向性和宿主的免疫反应限制了腺病毒载体的应用和发展,针对这种情况,对腺病毒载体进行了不断改进和完善,其潜在的应用价值也得到了广泛关注.文章综述了腺病毒载体的性质、研发过程及应用前景,为进一步优化和利用腺病毒表达载体提供参考.

Abstract:The development of gene therapy and gene immunity has been a major means for solving the problems in the biological field.The design,synthesis and application of therapeutic agents have created the need for the research and development of more sophisticated gene delivery tools.Adenovirus vector(Adv)has been one of general virus vectors due to its wide host range and low pathogenicity,stabilization of viral particles,low genome rearrangement.However,targeting for cells and host immune response have limited the application of Adv.People constantly focus on improving and consummating and pay extensively attention to its potential value.The article reviewed the character,development and prospect for application of Adv,which provide references for optimizing and using of Adv perfectly.
