摘    要:目的]为杨树新品种抗毒杨在污染严重的工矿区的大力推广种植提供依据。方法]以107号欧美杨作为对照,通过抗化学污染物毒害试验,对抗毒杨抗化学污染物毒害的能力进行研究。结果]抗毒杨与对照107号欧美杨在抗氨气上均高抗且二者之间无差异,在抗SO2方面存在极显著差异。对抗毒杨、107号欧美杨这2种杨树苗的全株全叶量进行的调查表明,随着SO2浓度的升高,这2种杨树的叶片被害率各有不同程度的升高,而在相同SO2浓度下抗毒杨受害程度较107号欧美杨显著降低。结论]抗毒杨可在我国SO2和酸雨控制区内大面积种植,这将对生态环境的保护和经济发展起到非常重要的作用。

Discovery of Antitoxic Poplar and Its Toxicity Experiment for Resisting Chemical Pollutants
Abstract:Objective]The aim was to provide the basis for the great popularization and planting of the poplar new variety of antitoxic poplar in the industrial and mining areas with serious pollution.Method]With the European and American poplar 107 as the CK,the ability of antitoxic poplar resisting chemical pollutants was studied by the toxicity experiment for resisting chemical pollutants.Result]The antitoxic poplar and the European and American poplar 107 all had high resistance to ammonia,and there was no difference between them,while they had extremely significant difference on the resistance to SO2.The survey on the total leaf amount of the whole plant of the 2 poplar seedlings of antitoxic poplar and the European and American poplar 107 showed that the leaf damage rate of the 2 poplar were increased to a different degree,resp.with the increasing of the SO2 concn.,while the danger degree of the antitoxic poplar was decreased significantly compared with that of the European and American poplar 107 under the same concn.of SO2.Conclusion] The antitoxic poplar could be planted on large area in the control region of SO2 and acid rain,which could play an important role in the protection of ecological environment and development of economy.
