摘    要:对一品红 (EuphorbiapulcherrimaWilld .) 5个品种进行 3℃ ,5℃ ,8℃低温胁迫。结果表明 :随温度降低 ,各品种细胞膜透性增强 ,可溶性糖增加显著 ,氮代谢明显上升 ,脯氨酸含量也随胁迫温度降低而呈增加趋势 ,低温诱导产生更多的脯氨酸。从各品种的生理特性表现来看 ,自由红和红粉两个品种的耐低温胁迫能力较强

Abstract:With respectively low temperature stress five Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd. cultivars were treated under 3?℃, 5?℃ and 8?℃ in the experiment. The results show: under low temperature (3 and 5?℃), there's an remarkable rise in membrane permeability and soluble sugar; the nitrogen metabolism also varies clearly; meanwhile, the content of Pro tends to increase so that more Pro is produced. From the point view of physiology characteristic performance the Freedom red and Maren have a relatively higher resistance to chilling.
