开沟机作业功耗的正交试验分析及其优化设计

摘    要:为了研究各种因素作用对开沟机作业功耗的影响规律,并实现对开沟机作业功耗的优化设计,根据传统经验和已有研究结果,对影响开沟作业功耗的主要因素——开沟深度、前进速度和土壤坚实度进行设计并实施了正交试验,再根据试验结果进行了影响作用的极差分析和方差分析,得出各个因素影响的主次顺序依次为:开沟深度〉土壤坚实度〉前进速度,根据正交试验结果,采用二阶响应面法建立了开沟机作业功耗的优化模型,并将实测试验数据代入到模型中,从而在试验中加以计算验证.试验结果表明:功耗响应面模型的计算值与试验值的误差在10%以内,这说明建立的功耗优化模型具有较高的工程实用性,可为开沟机产品设计人员选择节省功耗的参数组合和操作人员选择功耗匹配的拖拉机提供理论依据.
