| Abstract: | With increasing expansion of university library's size and collections,the requirements in management and service are becoming higher and higher,therefore,to do a good job in human resource management has become a decisive factor in doing other work well.Combined with the development goal,this paper has explored ways to do the performance measurement well in human resource management in the university libraries. |
