摘    要:为了研究2个真姬菇子实体的同源性,应用ERIC—PCR图谱分析和ITS序列分析对其进行了详细的研究。ERIC—PCR结果显示2个真姬菇存在条带多样性差异,应为不同品种或不同菌株(品系);ITS序列测定结果显示2个真姬菇样品仅存在3个碱基差异,属于同一品种。2种分子方法结合分析表明,这两个真姬菇子实体来自同一个品种的不同亚种或不同菌株(品系),拥有独立知识产权。

Abstract:Two fruit bodies of Hypsizigus marmoreus which provided by two edible fungus enterprises in Guangdong province were studied in order to clarify the homology of them. Enterbacterial repetive intergenic consensus - PCR ( ERIC - PCR) and internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequence analysis were used in this study. ERIC -PCR results showed that the amplified bands of ERIC - PCR were high polymorphisms, and two Hypsizigus marmoreus were difference in the diversity, which should be different species or different strain. ITS sequence analysis results suggested that the difference of ITS sequence between the two Hypsizigus mar- moreus were not obvious, and the number of variable sites was 3. They were the same species. Combining with the two kinds of mo-lecular method, we could known that these two Hypsizigus marmoreus fruit body were from the same species but different subspecies or different strain. They should had independent intellectual property rights.
