| 摘 要： | 微卫星DNA非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE),是一种常用的DNA检测手段,具有很好的分离微小差异DNA片段的能力,而银染法使该方法得到了广大科研工作者的青睐,但是,在染色过程中,常可能出现一些问题,令结果的判断难以达到满意的效果.为此,对该方法进行了一系列的分析和探讨.

| Abstract: | Non-denaturant polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis of Microsatellite DNA is a kind of method which is often used to verify and separate DNA,and is able to separate the minor fragments of DNA.So silvers staining method made the method be in the broad scientific research personnels' good graces.However ,there are often some problems to appear during the silver staining test,the result of which is hard to achieve satisfactory effect.Theirefore,the method has been systematically analyzed and approached. |
