摘    要:目的对黄芪的快速提取工艺方法进行了考察,为工业化生产提供可靠的实验数据和理论依据。方法采用正交实验设计提取方法,氧化酶反应比色法测定多糖含量。结果最佳提取工艺为A3B2C3;影响因素的大小依次为:电场强度、料液比、脉冲数。此法提取黄芪中多糖达0.623%,得膏率达24.36%。结论本提取工艺可行,经济、省时、回收率高。

Abstract:Objective To develop a technique for the rapid extraction of the root of membranous mile vetch in order to provide some reliable experimental data and theoretical basis for industry scale production. Methods It was determined for the polysaccharide content by orthogonal experimental design to the extraction technique and oxidize enzyme colormetric analysis. Results The best extractive technique was A3B2C3; influence factors were electric field intensity in order, ratio to raw material and liquid and pulse frequency ; the rate for extraction of up to 0.623%, and rate of getting medicinal extract was 24.36%. Conclusions The technique is feasible, economic and saving time.
