| 摘 要： | 建立反相高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定了不同采收期连翘中连翘苷的含量。色谱柱为Nucleodur C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(45∶55,体积比),流速0.8 ml/min,检测波长229 nm,柱温25℃。连翘苷在0.452~4.520μg(r=0.999 9)范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.5%。该方法简便、准确,可用于中药连翘的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | The HPLC method for the determination of forsythin in Forsythia suspension was established.HPLC was carried out on Nucleodur C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) at 25?℃ based on the application of methanol-water(45∶55) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min and the detected wavelength was 229 nm.Good linearity of forsythin was obtained over the ranges of 0.452～4.52 μg(r=0.999?9).The average recovery rate of forsythin was 99.6 %(RSD 1.5 %).The method was simple,convenient and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Fructus forsythia. |
