四种槭属植物叶的解剖学研究

摘    要:采用石蜡切片法和扫描电镜法,对4种槭属植物的叶片进行解剖学研究。结果表明:4种槭属植物的叶片均为典型的异面型叶,气孔皆分布在下表皮,色木槭气孔为无规则型,柠筋槭、假色槭、茶条槭气孔均为不等型;叶片上表皮中只有茶条槭是复表皮,由2层细胞构成;4种植物叶表皮细胞和主脉薄壁组织细胞中皆含晶体。
