摘    要:以哈尔滨地区栽培的茄子早熟品种‘齐杂茄二号’、‘哈研2018’、‘龙杂茄二号’为试材,研究老株更新技术对茄子品质的影响。结果表明:剪枝后茄子果实的可溶性糖、蛋白质、花青素含量都显著高于未剪枝处理,而果实硬度、VC和VP含量变化因品种差异而增减不同。

Abstract:Taking the eggplant of early variety in Harbin area as materials,the influence of old sfrain pruning technology on the eggplant quality was studied.The results showed that the pruning eggplant had higher content in soluble sugar,protien and anthocyanidin than the usual normal eggplant.However the eggplant fruit hardness,the contcnt of vitamin A and Vitamin P had different changes.
