虎舌红种内花粉形态与活力的比较研究

摘    要:通过扫描电镜观察了虎舌红及其2个新品种红虎舌和绿虎舌的花粉形态特征,并用TTC染色法和离体培养法测定其花粉的活力,比较了虎舌红种内花粉形态及活力的差异,为虎舌红的杂交育种等进一步的开发利用提供依据。结果表明:3种花粉均为N3P4C5型,单粒,等极,辐射对称,椭球形,极面观三裂圆形或三角形,赤道面观椭圆形,萌发孔为3孔沟,沟纵长,直达两极,大部分形成合沟;外壁纹饰为虎舌红呈穴网状,红虎舌呈颗粒状,绿虎舌呈网纹状,依据3种花粉的大小和外壁纹饰的差异,推断出红虎舌的性状较为原始,而绿虎舌的性状较为进化;用TTC染色法和离体培养法对3种花粉的活力大小进行了比较,其结果一致,均为红虎舌>绿虎舌>虎舌红,3种花粉最佳的贮藏方式均为在4℃条件下贮藏。
