摘    要:利用稀释分离法,从健康的番茄植株中分离得到11个细菌菌株。通过平板对峙试验筛选出对番茄早疫病菌抑菌效果最好的Fb9菌株,抑菌率为70.81%。Fb9菌株对番茄的生长具有促进作用,对番茄早疫病的室内盆栽防治效果为63.7%。

Abstract:Eleven endophytic bacterial strains were isolated from healthy tomatoes with conventional isolation method.Strain Fb9 of them showed best antifungal effect against Alternaria solani.The test proved that it was able to promote growth of tomato plants.The results from the pot experiment indicated that strain Fb9 had control efficiency of 63.7% on tomato early blight.
