生防菌长枝木霉菌株T6及其代谢产物对立枯丝核菌拮抗作用

摘    要:为了开发对立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)具有较好拮抗作用的生防制剂,采用对峙培养法、含药培养基法和显微观察法,测定生防菌长枝木霉(Trichoderma longibrachiatum)菌株T6及其代谢产物对立枯丝核菌的抑制作用活性,初步探究长枝木霉菌株T6的作用机制。结果表明,长枝木霉菌株T6对立枯丝核菌生长具有显著的抑制作用,对峙培养5 d时菌株T6不仅对立枯丝核菌营养生长抑制率为66.50%,而且对其菌丝具有明显重寄生作用。菌株T6发酵液及其代谢产物对立枯丝核菌营养生长也具有显著的抑制效果,培养4 d时其对立枯丝核菌的生长抑制率分别为72.29%和71.91%。因此,长枝木霉菌株T6对立枯丝核菌具有显著的拮抗作用,主要通过对病原菌的重寄生作用及其代谢产物发挥拮抗作用。

Abstract:To develop an antifungal biocontrol agent to Rhizoctonia solani, and to preliminarily explore mechanism of antifungal activity of the isolate T6, the combined methods of confrontation culture, drug-containing medium and microscopic observation were used to determine the antifungal activity of Trichoderma longibrachiatum isolate T6 and its metabolites against Rhizoctonia solani. The results showed that the isolate T6 had a significant inhibition effect on the vegetative growth of R.solani, the inhibition rate was 66.50% at 5 days after culture, and also the hyperparasitism of the isolate T6 to R.solani was observed. The fermentation broth and metabolites of the isolate T6 represented an inhibition rate of 72.29% and 71.91% against R.solaniat 4 days after culture, respectively, there was a remarkable inhibition effect to R.solani. As a result, the isolate T6 possesses an obvious antagonism by hyperparasitism of the isolate T6 and its metabolites.
